一、「签」。βάλλειν κ. (ἐπί τι)抽签（为某事） 太27:35 可15:24 路23:34 约19:24 。ἔπεσεν ὁ κ. ἐπὶ τινα某人抽到签（ 拿1:7 ） 徒1:26 下。ἔδωκαν κλήρους αὐτοῖς众人为他们摇签， 徒1:26 节上。

二、「抽签，分得之物」。尤为因神的恩典而临到人的。λαγχάνειν τὸν κ. τῆς διακονίας ταύτης在职任上得了一分， 徒1:17 ；参25节异版。λαβεῖν κ. ἐν τοῖς ἡγιασμένοις和一切成圣的人同得基业， 徒26:18 。μερίς和κλῆρος连用（ 申10:9 12:12 等; 赛57:6 ）οὐκ ἔστιν σοι μερὶς οὐδὲ κ. ἐν τῷ λόγῳ τούτῳ在这道上无业无分， 徒8:21 。μερίς τοῦ κ. τῶν ἁγίων ἐν τῷ φωτί与众圣徒在光明中同得基业， 西1:12 。 彼前5:3 的κλῆροι似乎表示「群」为一个整体，由各部份的会友所组成的，他们被分配为个别的长老或牧人。*
